The Glory of Jehovah

The heav'ns declare the glory of Jehovah,
The workings of his hands in skies above we see;
Yes, day to day pours forth his praise,
Night tells to night of knowledge, might and mejesty.

2.
Jehovah's law is perfect, life renewing,
His testimony sure which makes the simple wise.
His precepts make the heart rejoice,
Pure his command, which firm will stand, makes glad our eyes.

3.
Jehovah's judgements, pure they are and righteous;
By keeping them his servants reap a great reward.
Oh, may our words and inmost thoughts
Be found by you upright and true, our Rock and Lord.

天はエホバの栄光を告げ知らせ、
御手の業をわれらは大空に仰ぎ見る。
然り、日は日に神の賛美を語り、
夜は夜に（神の）知識、力、威光を語る。

2.
エホバの律法は完全で、命を生き返らせる。
神の おきては確かであり、愚かな者を賢くする。
神の戒めは心を喜ばせ、
神のご命令は清く、堅く立ち、わたしたちの目を楽しませる。

3.
エホバの裁きは清く、義にかなっている。
それを守ることで、神の僕らは大きな報いを刈り取る。
ああ、願わくはわたしたちの言葉と内なる思いが
あなたにとって廉直また真実でありますように、岩なる主よ。
